1. Core Policy We offer **product exchange only** for eligible issues, and **do not provide cash refunds** under any circumstances. All sales are final once the order has been shipped. ##

Eligibility for Exchange We will approve an exchange only if all of the following conditions are met: - The product is **damaged, defective, or not as described** on our website at the time of purchase. - The exchange request is submitted within **30 days** of the delivery date. - The product is **unopened, unused, and in its original packaging** (due to safety and hygiene requirements for cream chargers). - You provide clear photos/videos proving the product issue (e.g., damaged packaging, defective items). ## 3. Non-Eligible Cases No exchange will be approved for: - Products that have been **opened, used, modified, or damaged by the customer** after delivery. - Orders canceled after the product has been shipped. - Requests made beyond the 30-day delivery window. - Customer preference changes (e.g., "changed mind" or "ordered by mistake"). - Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. ## 4. How to Request an Exchange To request an exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service team at *brucetan800*@gmail.com** within 30 days of delivery. 2. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the product issue, and a brief description of the problem. 3. Wait for our team to review your request and issue a **Return Authorization (RA) number** (returns without an RA number will not be accepted). 

4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. - If the exchange is due to our error (damaged/defective product, wrong item), we will reimburse your return shipping costs. - If the exchange is due to customer misuse or non-quality issues, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. 5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement product to you within **7-14 business days**. ## 

5. Product Use Note Our cream charger products are intended for **food processing and culinary use only**. Misuse of products will void any exchange eligibility. ## 6.
